Ag Service Associates is hosting an open house at its new office at 1323 Burlington St. in Holdrege on Tuesday, Dec. 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. All friends, family, neighbors, and community members are invited to attend.

“ASA has long called Holdrege home,” Brennan Williams said. “The new office represents our ongoing commitment to the community, and that’s a celebration we want to share.”

Owner John Williams and his wife, Michelle, were both born and raised in Phelps County. After attending college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Nebraska Wesleyan University, respectively, they returned to make Holdrege home for their family and businesses.

John founded AgTracks Inc. and Precision Partners Corporation in the 1990s — both successful startups that worked with NASA, Pioneer Hi-Bred, DuPont, among others — before purchasing Ag Service Associates in 2006. Under his leadership, the crop-insurance agency expanded and eventually outgrew its previous location.

“Exceptional customer service has always been a priority for my dad,” Brennan shared. “To maintain that level of service, he recognized it was time to invest in a space that could support additional team members and better serve our clients.”

In building the new office, ASA turned to its community, working with area vendors whenever possible. ASA expresses sincere appreciation to BD Construction, Abramson Appliance, Alpha Heating & Air, Holdrege Soft Water, Glen Thulin Construction, Glenwood Telecommunications, Phelps County Development Corporation, the City of Holdrege, as well as several other small businesses throughout south-central Nebraska for their support.

The team has worked from the new office since May 2025. Designed with future growth in mind, each current team member enjoys a dedicated office, with room remaining to welcome three additional employees. The space also features a large conference room, a small collaboration room, a reception area, and a break room — all of which can be toured during the open house.

“To see this space completed in a way that supported local businesses and will help create local jobs means the world to us,” Brennan said. “Most importantly, we’re grateful for the community’s support and our clients’ trust. We look forward to continuing to provide the highest standard of service.”
