Spencer has had diversified experiences to shape his career in the ag industry to where he is today. Spencer graduated from the University of Nebraska–Kearney with a degree in Ag Business. During his early years in the industry he worked for multiple local agronomists during crop scouting and also managed clients of his own. Following his stint in agronomy, he went into Ag Lending providing education and support to farmers and ranchers for any of their financial needs. Following this career he found himself as a District Sales Representative for a seed company providing support to a regional team of Seed Advisors. These past experiences in Ag have allowed Spencer to develop various skills to assist farmers and ranchers with their crop insurance needs.

In his free time Spencer enjoys hunting, golfing and spending time with his wife, two children, and dog, Buck.
