John Williams

Owner & Agent

John has been actively involved in agriculture throughout his career. He has used his degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in Agribusiness and Agronomy to pursue various endeavors. Prior to purchasing Ag Service Associates he started an agronomy consulting firm in Holdrege, Nebraska. In 1998 he joined a major seed company as an agronomist where he supported a regional sales team and worked extensively with end use markets. His experience has become a key asset in developing total risk management portfolios for his clients. He bought ASA in 2006, and runs the agency still today. The agency continues to grow annually under his leadership, and now boasts clients across the Midwest.  

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with high-school-sweetheart-turned wife, Michelle, and spending time with their two children, Bailey and Brennan, and their families.
